Lagos - A reverend from the area of Umunede in Delta State has allegedly slept with many women in his congregation resulting in pregnancies in seven single women and two married women, Punchreports. The priest, known only as Dukes, has been accused of seducing young girls in neighbouring communities before arriving in Umunede. Many of the congregation suggested that he uses “magical powers” or members’ blind faith in him in order to seduce the girls. “The self acclaimed revenged uses preaching, choirs and organised youth fellowships to get young girls…That was what he did in Ute-Okpu, Otolokpo neighbouring communities before he moved into Umunede and he was driven away by the elders of the communities, he likes girls of 15, 16 and 17 years he sleeps with,” church member, Josephine Ogor said.
